Is there a specific breeding season, and how long is the gestation period of a cheetah?

Cheetahs breed at any time of the year. After a gestation period of about three months, two to five cubs, each with a mass of about 250 to 300 g, are born. Cubs are hidden in dense cover. They are blind at birth, and their eyes open at two to 11 days. They have cubs every 15 to 18 months.
