Tour Details

• Minimum: 1 guest (with at least 3 days’ notice so we can try to fill the vehicle)
• Maximum: 4 guests
• Tours depart when the vehicle and a qualified driver are available—often at short notice if more than one guest is ready to go.

Where Is Ponta do Oura?

Ponta do Oura is a small coastal town in the far south of Mozambique, located just north of the South African border near Kosi Bay. Known for its long sandy beaches, warm Indian Ocean waters, and relaxed, barefoot atmosphere, Ponta do Oura is one of Southern Africa’s most popular beach destinations.

The town is especially famous for its scuba diving, dolphin encounters, and vibrant marine life, as well as its laid‑back restaurants and lively beach bars. Despite its popularity, Ponta has retained a rustic, unspoilt feel, with sandy roads, ocean‑focused days, and a strong sense of adventure.
