To book more then one bed in a dorm room, you need to click the "Book Now" button the number of beds you would like to book.

When booking more then one dorm bed, you need to click the "Book" botton, the number of times you would like to book beds (The "Adults" selector does not work for dorm rooms).
When trying to use a voucher, you need to select the dates first, then press "Search", then enter your voucher number, then click "Book". If the discount is not reflected in the "reservation summary", you will need to refresh the page and enter the details in the sequence mentioned above.
